Promote effective ways of dealing with mental health ourselves or with the help of charities and organisations, therefore easing the burden on the mental health services.
Signpost clearly what and who are there in the community that offer free help and advice.
Teaching the importance of well-being as a whole in schools, more and more young people are struggling. Parents also need to understand what their children are going through.
